Enter our Cooking Competition!

Submit your recipe on this form to be eligible to participate.

1.      All entry forms must be submitted no later than Sept. 27th, 2018. 

2.      Only open to Youth (up to 14 years old).

3.      Must include as many local ingredients as possible, but no less than 2, from a backyard garden, farmers market etc.

4.      All Entries must be accompanied by the name and source of the local source of ingredients.

5.      Tell us as much as you can about your recipe.

6.      Turn in your COOKED ITEMS on Saturday, September 29th, 2018 from 12:30pm – 1:30pm. The judging will begin at 1:30pm. Turn in your cooked items to:

7.      Entries must be fully cooked and ready to be served. There is a kitchen with hot boxes available at the Lyric.

8.      All entrants MUST BE REGISTERED ONSITE NO LATER THAN 1:00 pm. 

9.      Each entry should serve at least 4, example: 1 pie, 6 cupcakes, 1 quiche or entrée, in no larger than a 9x12 casserole dish.

10.   The criteria for judging is: RECIPE, CREATIVITY, TASTE, and PRESENTATION. (Yes! How it looks matters!)
